  • Delivered new functional polymer inks for additive manufacturing of electronics.

  • Led collaboration synthesising novel polymer precurors for soft 3D-printing.

2017 - 2019 Post-Doctoral Researcher, i) Surface Science and Bio-nanomaterials Laboratory, and ii) Impact Mechanics and Material Characterisation Group, Faculty of Engineering, University of Waterloo, Canada.

  • Developed and published new functional materials for electronics and soft devices.

  • Delivered new theory on ageing failure of armour composites and delivered testing protocols to government and industry partners.

  • Process Engineer, December 2010 - December 2011

    • Lead engineer for one third of plant manufacturing capability. Carried out project management, up-grade scheduling, cost- and scrap-reduction initiatives, equipment allocation, and troubleshooting. Enacted successful data-analysis that determined cause of scrap production for targeted product groups. Directed equipment layout and installation of new cabling production line. Visited vendor manufacturing sites as company Engineering representative. Concluded position to enter PhD program at University of Waterloo.
